    Out the front of 45 Cavill Avenue (right of “White Rhino”), you will see signage for WBFC Gym.

    Please enter via their front door and take the LIFT to Level 2.

    Once on Level 2, please head around to the right where you will see our studio.

    Our time is valuable and when a client simply doesn’t show up to their scheduled appointment or cancels same day, we are not able to make an income and are no longer able to fill that spot. No-shows are expected to pay a fee of $20 and must be paid prior to rebooking you back into our schedule.
    Products purchased in our shop is non refundable. All products sales are final

    ALLERGIES & HYEGIENE:
    Upon arrival, if client(s) are suffering from any type of contagious illness including, but not limited to, conjunctivitis, eye sties, cold sores, open wounds/cuts, flu or other illnesses, Sassy Vibes needs to be
    informed as soon as possible and reserve the right to refuse service of any infectious person.

    In no event shall Sassy Vibes
    have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages characterised, for example eczema, sensitive
    skin and eyes.


    PAYMENT METHODS:

    Cash is our preferred method of payment (since it’s fee-free!) however we do have card facilities (debit and credit).

    There is a 1.0% card fee on all credit, debit or other cards to help us cover some of the transaction fees for these payment types (our provider ‘Square’ has a flat 1.9% fee). To avoid any extra fees feel free to bring cash.

    LIABILITY:
    Upon booking, the client(s) accepts to waive any liability on Sassy Vibes if there are any allergies, allergic reactions or skin complications caused from products used during treatment. Sassy Vibes will
    not be held liable for any losses, damage, costs, claims and actions that may occur to you or any other member of your booking. 


    PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE COPYRIGHT:
    Sassy Vibes may take photographs/videos of clients for advertising and social media purposes unless
    specified by the client not to. Please advise Sassy Vibes in advance and in writing, if you do not wish to be photographed for advertising or social media purposes.
